Deer Hunting Guest

From now on, a member who wishes to invite a hunter to deer hunting, bear hunting or wild turkey hunting on our territory will be able to do so via a registration system on our website. Here’s the procedure to follow :

1- The member must enter the contact details of his guest and himself by our online registration form.

2- Thereafter, he must print the identification sheet which must be duly completed in order to identify the guest at all times when he is on our hunting territory.

According to article 11.1.2 of our by-law : Guests shall be accompanied by the member inviting them and the member present on Club grounds at all times.

Note : The guest agrees to respect the rules of the club as well as to adopt the behavior of a sporty gentleman on our hunting territory. The sponsor commits himself and vouches for his guest, as long as he is on our hunting territory.

Some details regarding the price of each hunt :

Deer hunting : The guest’s sponsor will be charged a minimum of 4 days of hunting at the rate listed in our price list. If the guest harvests a deer, the sponsor will also be charged for that harvest.

Bear hunting : The guest’s sponsor will be billed for a minimum of 4 days of hunting (fall hunting) at the rate listed in our price list. If the guest harvests a bear, the bill will be reduced by the price of the bear hunting license. For spring hunting, the guest’s sponsor will be billed for the number of days their guest has hunted.

Turkey hunting : The guest’s sponsor will be billed for the number of hunting days their guest has participated in.
